Self hypnosis can be used to change your life by giving you access to your powerful subconscious mind! Let me explain: In order to change your life you must first learn to focus on what you wish to create or change! Your subconscious mind gives you more of what you focus on. Do not focus on what you don’t want! If you have a lack in your life then focus on wealth, if you are suffering from an illness then focus on health, if you have discord in your life then focus on peace and harmony etc

When we desire to create a specific material object or situation in our lives, many of us tend to focus on the object itself instead of the feeling we will have when we have that object. By focusing on the feeling of what you want you expand your consciousness and you attain the object much quicker. Every desire is motivated by a feeling. Check out your own desires and you will prove that this is true.

You may also find that the object itself does not give the feeling we expected and this is why so many people experience an anti-climax when they reach their goals. So it is much better to go straight for the feeling you are really desiring before you ever manifest the object itself.

Once you have decided exactly what you want begin to imagine and, most importantly of all, feel that you already possess it. Engage as many of your senses as you can and daydream about it for awhile before you use the visualization in trance. You can also restructure your past, through your imagination, and relive it as though you always possessed that object!

The main reason we use hypnosis is to eliminate interference from the conscious mind so that we are able to fully experience a desired state (being in possession of your goal) as being reality in this very moment.

The subconscious mind does not distinguish between what is real and what is imagined! It will strive to make sure your outer world corresponds exacty to your inner beliefs. If it believes that you have or have always had your objective thenit will make sure your outer world reflects this! It operates mostly from your feeling nature.

The subconscious mind can be likened to a garden and in it you must plant seeds. Self-hypnosis is an excellent tool for planting these seeds. You need not concern yourself with how is the seeds will just as you would not need to concern yourself with such matters if planting a daisy in your garden. You only need be concerned about watering it and ensuring you remove all the weeds!

You can water your seeds regularly by feeding your mind with images of your objective. Think about it positively and use self hypnosis to reinforce your visualizations. Weed out doubts, fears, anxieties and conflicting beliefs by choosing the appropriate hypnosis programs. All good self hypnosis sessions include a clearing away of self limiting beliefs that surround your desired goal!

If your objective appears to be impossible to achieve from where you are at present then break it down into smaller more easily achievable goals. Believe that it is possible to achieve and even if you don’t believe it act as though you do. Eventually you will believe it!

Commit yourself to having what you want. Decide that not having it is not an option! Decision is the cornerstone of all goal attainment.

Once you have set the wheels in motion – Let Go!

If you received a phone from a trusted family member today telling that they won some money and were giving you ,000, which you will receive in two days time, would you worry about how the money was going to be delivered or where it came from?

You would not have a feeling of ‘wanting’ the money because you know it is already yours and you would not be concerned about how you got. You would expect it to be delivered and this same expectation is needed when using self hypnosis.

Perhaps you have noticed times when you think about something you want and then you completely forget about and all of a sudden that thing happens. You let go, albeit unintentionally and because you forgot about it, you got out of your own way and allowed your subconscious mind to attract it to you.

You may also be aware of time when the reverse happened. You wanted something so badly that you kept thinking about it and wishing you had it, feeling the lack because you didn’t have it and no matter how hard you tried to get it you just couldn’t create it in your life. You didn’t let go!

Start practicing gratitude for each step that brings you closer to your goal. This will help dissolve many obstacles currently in your way and also help you to develop the correct focus.

There will be times when your goal will manifest in ways that are slightly different from your visualized outcome. It is important to be aware and grateful for the fact that what you asked for has been manifested for you, albeit in a slightly different way.

Many times the subconscious will bring a manifestation that, in the long term, will bring much better benefits to you. Also take note that the outer reality is merely a reflection of your inner reality. Change your mind and you will change your life. Become aware that you are the master of your fate and that your thoughts and feelings determine your reality through the power of your focus and you will transform your life!

6. After you have completed your script you can wake back up by counting from 5 to 0.

Need Super Motivation? It Is Yours With Self-hypnosis Cd’s

If you’ve made the difficult decision to reduce – congratulations! For most, making a pledge to their own fitness is the most difficult aspect. But despite self-motivation, many people realize they do not know what exercises to use for rapid weight loss.

There are three chief forms of exercise: aerobic exercise, such as running or biking; flexibility exercises, such as yoga and other forms of stretching; and strength training, like bodybuilding.

Aerobic and strength training will help you burn up the most calories. Since weight loss depends on either consuming less calories or burning more, it is best to focus on these primarily to guarantee your self motivation remains as you drop pounds.

Typically, thirty minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week is ideal. Increase the duration and frequency as you go along.

But many people whose self-motivation has encouraged them to begin an exercise for weight loss program overlook the importance of strength training. Aerobic exercise burns more calories in the beginning, but lifting weights increases muscle mass, and muscle burns more calories than fat. A pound of muscle burns 35 calories per day to function at rest; a pound of fat burns just two calories for the same function.

The fitness consensus used to tell us that to “build” muscle, you should perform fewer reps (3-5) at higher weights, and to simply “tone,” higher reps (12-15) at lower weights was best. But there’s no such thing as “toning.” Definition that comes with what’s incorrectly called toning results because you have lost the layer of fat covering muscle, making it more visible. The size of the muscle underneath depends on how actively you train.

You must “tear down” the muscle so it can rebuild itself afterward. In fact, you do not create muscle while working out but you do in the days after when the muscle is “resting.” The broad rule for strength training is beginning with three sets of 8-12 reps at a weight that leaves you almost incapable of completing the entire set. Then, rest for 30-60 seconds before beginning your next set.

Don’t be disappointed if you’re unable to complete all of the reps on every set. In fact, use that to determine when to add weight. If you are finishing each set without any muscle strain, you will want to add weight.

Self motivation compelled you to begin your routine, but most have trouble maintaining the pace. It helps to know that the source of our motivations is a belief. Consider it: If you didn’t believe the gnawing sensation in your stomach meant you were hungry, you would not feel motivated to eat.

Understanding what ideas motivate you is key to losing weight, because when you feel powerfully motivated, you will exercise without fail. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a form of self hypnosis. And there are NLP methods that can build exercise motivation because, over time, desire to exercise for weight loss alone likely will not be enough to keep you working out. Hypnosis for exercise motivation therapy can help.

Your initial task is identifying the most important things in your life. We call these things your highly valued criteria. Highly valued criteria are usually intangibles: money would not be highly valued criteria, but the freedom, security or fun that money can bring would be.

Next, establish what you need to believe to feel motivated to exercise. It is important to keep in mind that logic has nothing to do with belief. Things do not have to be logical to believe them. You may realize you already have a belief that opposes this new idea. That’s okay.

While understanding what motivates us is important, hypnosis exercise motivation therapy can put these ideas to work by ensuring self motivation persists. Hypnosis for motivation does this by changing the computer codes in your brain, so you believe ideas that motivate you.

Belief systems are based in our unconscious, which is like a computer. Computers do not have the ability to reason. The input controls the output. The methods used in exercise hypnosis motivation therapy can make you believe nearly anything, as long as you are willing to believe.

You begin by creating an image in your mind that illustrates something you already believe, such as, “I love my children.” Then you learn to calibrate the elements or ‘Submodalities’ of that mental belief picture.

Next, you make a mental movie that illustrates your motivational idea. Let’s say your motivational idea is, “If I exercise, then I’ll look great and my marriage will improve.” Then you learn how to modify the Submodalities of this mental image to correspond with the Submodalities in your calibrated belief picture. Conversely, if a belief is holding you back, the same technique can change that belief to doubt.

Hypnotherapy for motivation that incorporates NLP can provide you with something of an internal personal motivator. Using an exercise hypnosis motivation program ensures that the enthusiasm you began with persists until reaching your objective, and then helps you maintain that objective.

How To Use Atomic Self-Hypnosis To Energise Yourself

With the change of the season, and with all the activity of modern living, it is easy to get slowed down and tired and sluggish. This self-hypnosis process is aimed to help you stay healthily energised. Using atoms. Boom!

5 Steps To Use Self-Hypnosis To Atomically Energise Yourself:

Step One: Hypnotise yourself. You can do so by any preferred means.

Step Two: Engage your imagination in whatever way is the best for you, interpreting these things however you prefer. Find yourself in a tunnel that you cannot see the end of. Create the tunnel in your own mind with the colours, sounds, textures, dimensions and contours of your own choosing.

Imagine walking down the tunnel and as you walk further inwards and downwards, you can make suggestions to yourself that you are reaching deeper inside of your mind too.

As a side note, some people are not comfortable with tunnels. If so, you can have lots of big windows and access to light and air and design it in a way that ensures you feel safe, comfortable and at ease. Keep walking deeper into the tunnel and when you are ready to take the next step, move on.

Step Three: As you walking further into the tunnel, start to imagine and notice a flickering of lights towards in the distance. You choose what colour the lights are, and start to notice that the lights are flickering and flashing and are very bright. They shine and feel good to observe and allow yourself to steadily get closer to the lights.

As you draw closer, you notice that the lights that are flashing before you actively are actually atoms of energy. There are hundreds of thousands of atoms flashing on and off, moving through the tunnel, foiled with energy and light.

As you draw nearer to them, start to extend your arms, stretch out and point your body and palms toward the atoms and notice them start to be attracted to you. Notice the atoms starting to fly towards you in a comfortable, vibrant and enjoyable way and sense how your body embraces the atoms as they land upon you and are absorbed by you. When you have started to notice this happening, move on to the next step.

Step Four: Take as much time as you need now to enjoy absorbing all that wonderful energy, vibrancy and zest for life. Feel yourself being uplifted by the atoms filling you with vigour and energy and life force. Imagine the colours spreading through your body and get a sense of how it feels to have that flowing through you right now.

Absorb all that you feel you need, bask in the energy for a while, let it fill your senses and start to think of all the things that you can do now as a result of having this increased healthy energy. Imagine the energy getting more powerful and is coursing through every cell of your body and whenever you notice your thoughts becoming more positive and progressive as a result, move on to the next step.

Step Five: Whenever you feel really filled up with positive energy, think about the actions you can take to make this an amazing day ahead, think about how you can make the most of the time you have and notice the energy within every part of you.

See the end of the tunnel and start to walk towards it as you glimmer and glisten with the vibrancy and inspiration of feeling so uplifted and ready to go.

As you get to the end of the tunnel and step outward, wiggle your finger and toes, open your eyes and go about your day keeping that energy with you.

This is a fabulous process to give yourself a pep and get yourself focused and feeling alive. Even if the days do get seasonally shorter, you can get energized and uplifted and feeling fabulous and productive with your time.

It gets said a great deal in personal development circles, but go and make sure you make the most of your day with this lovely way of enhancing your ability to do so.
