How to Change Your Life By Using Your Own Hypnosis Script
Do you know hypnosis can change your life forever? If you have low self esteem and think you won’t be a successful person, then hypnosis can help you. You might have your low self esteem from your early childhood years. Often parents didn’t know how to communicate well with their children and make their children have low self esteem. The parent might not believe in their own children. Probably they always tell their kid that he will not succeed. Those words will stay in subconscious and will make that kid have low self esteem.
By using hypnosis you can modify your subconscious, making the “will not succeed” mentality into “will succeed” mentality. To change your mentality by using hypnosis you can go to a hypnotist, but this will cost you money and time. You will need to have several sessions with them. One session will cost you over 0. Five sessions will cost more than 0.
Because of this many people try self hypnosis. They look from the internet on ways to create your own hypnosis script. I will guide you the basics of creating your own script.
There are three main parts of your hypnosis script. First the beginning or induction, second the middle or deepener, and the third or the last the set of suggestions. The induction is the first step for you to relax. The deepener is when you are getting more and more relaxed and get into trance. The set of suggestion is the suggestion that you want to put into your subconscious.
In order to make your script effective you are several key words that you should use.
1. Use positive words and do not use negative words like “not”.
For example “I will stop smoking” is better than “I will not smoke again”.
2. Use words that are your goals. For example “I am a better person” is better than “I want to be a better person”. Another example is “I am rich” not “I want to be rich”.
3. Use progressing words like “I’m getting better each day” and “My business is growing each month”.
After you have finished your script, the next step is to convert it into audio. You can use your own voice, but remember to use soothing tone so you can relax by hearing it. You can also add relaxing sounds like the sound of water or other nature sounds. Hear your audio EVERY day and you will get results.
Making Life Easier With NLP Chunking

You know, in psychology there is a rule, especially within the NLP circles that I work in and the NLP literature that I read, it is quite a famous rule; 7 plus or minus 2 – this is the notion that the conscious mind can only keep track of between 5 and 9 discrete pieces of information at one time. Your unconscious can literally keep track of billions and billions of things at the same time aparently (clever thing that it is!), while your conscious mind is more one step at a time and it has a fairly narrow focus. Whatever the truth of this, it is a useful way to experience your own thinking.
Here are a couple of things that you can do to test the extent of your conscious mind: Without writing them down, blurt out now, straight away without thought;
- As many brands of cars as you can.
- As many film titles as you can.
- As many pop groups as you can.
I often ask people these questions on our NLP trainings. Many people run out of steam when they get to ten, usuallly because of the 7+-2 rule. The bottom line is, when the conscious mind is presented with more than 9 pieces of information, it gets overloaded. So before you send me a very clever email telling me off for pointing out the limits of the conscious mind, would you like to know how you can use this to your advantage? Of course you would.
When you bear the 7+-2 rule in mind, you can start to organise things so that you work with your conscious mind, playing to its strengths. For instance, if you have a to-do list.
Many people that I have encountered have a daily to-do list with 20 or more items on it. This is a recipe for total overwhelm (at which point they often resort to looking for the easiest or funnest thing on the list to do.) The following ideas can help you get a handle on your to-do list really fast, especially if that list has things that are important for your goals and achievements and sense of well-being.
Firstly, scan through the list, looking for items that can be grouped together into categories.
For example, here is a load of the stuff on my list for this week:
Write latest ezine article.
Bank cheques.
Finish writing chapter for new book
Prepare for client therapy sessions.
Finish project on public speaking.
Finish marketing material for new courses.
FInish listening to current educational Audio set.
Read through solicitors material regarding other business project.
Write up script for new audio title.
Send out follow-up letters for last weeks clients.
Prepare for photo shoot for new Bio.
Write up blurb for my new Audio release.
Write new web-page copy.
Review new CD covers
Meet PR people
Do proposal for new book for Publishers.
Read e-book
New course blurb
Meet with prospective business artner for new project.
Clear inbox.

This is better! I have now gone from a list of 20 or so items (instant overwhelm) to a list of 6 categories which is well within even my 7+-2 limit.

This is what we refer to as chunking in the NLP field, and is one of the most effective ways of dealing with any large or complex set of tasks (or set of anything else). You may say “Great, but I’ve got 200 things on my to-do list”. It doesn’t matter – the same principles apply. If you go through your to-do list or your goals lists; just get it whittled down from 200 items to 20 categories, that is better, it is getting it more manageable – go through the 20 categories and see where they group together. Group together goals for your own development; being a non-smoker, growing in confidence, creating wealth, reducing weight etc. Within NLP, the key is to have no more than 9 categories at each level – this way your conscious mind can keep track of it.
It is a simple thing that we do often anyway, NLP just heightened my awareness of it. I now do it in an NLP way.
Secondly, start to manage your to-do list by the high-level categories: You can use this in all sorts of areas to make things more manageable, for example:
- To-do lists.
- Goals you are working toward.
- The filing system on your computer.
- Your filing cabinet.
- Any project you’re doing.
One of the things this allows you to do is notice very quickly if there’s a specific area where you have not been taking much action lately – very useful for helping focus on what needs attention.

Why Positive Thinking and Affirmations Aren’t Enough
Unless you’ve taken into consideration the missing element required for successful manifestation you’ll never experience true long-term success.
I’ll cut right to the core of the issue of why so many people visualize and affirm and even send prayers of thanks to the Universe all day long and still don’t get the long term results they’re seeking.
The reason “canned” tapes, videos, CD’s, DVD’s and other recorded programs rarely work is because they lack the human interaction necessary to identify and eliminate self-defeating mental scripts.
Some years ago I started a small publishing business out of my home by writing first one book that technically failed in the market and then another book, Mind Over Money that became a huge hit.
By the second year my tiny home-based business was grossing over 0,000 and over 0,000 by the third year. I thought I had it made!
I bought a big house in the country, got some horses and promptly began a spiral into years of struggle and failure. What happened?
In my years of working with people I’ve heard similar stories like the poor orphaned boy from Pakistan who excelled in school. Teachers and mentors arranged for scholarships to get him into college in the U.S. Once in the United States he worked at a printing press while studying to be an engineer. After graduation he started a company and grew it into a multimillion dollar international firm. He traveled all over the world and had several offices and a million dollar line of credit. He had investments in real estate. He was “rich”.
Then, something went horribly wrong. Today, he’s barely surviving. He has debilitating diseases and almost no income, no health insurance, no job. He’s one step from being homeless.What happened?
For me, and perhaps for the individual and friend, above, what happened was an unconscious realignment of the psyche to be in accord with powerful, hidden scripts buried in his subconscious.
All of us have a Mental Operating System or MOS. It functions in the background just like Windows 95 (OK, yours may be Vista), and like Windows 95 it has built-in flaws that cause it to crash every now and then.
For some people these scripts lead to addictions, abusive behavior and frequent “crashes”. For others, the force of the ego is enough to keep these self-defeating scripts in-check, at least for long enough to at least taste the desired goal. But, then, like a bad virus, the script comes back into play. Long held destructive beliefs and assumptions impose their faulty mode of operating on our lives and presto…all we’ve worked for disappears almost overnight.
How To Identify Self-Defeating Scripts and Replace Them With Powerful, Life-Enhancing Beliefs, Habits and Behaviors.
If you’ve been on a journey of self-improvement and have purchased lots of self-improvement programs and perhaps even seen a psychologist or clinical social worker for “therapy” and your life is not what you want it to be consider this.
The only effective way to cleanse your MOS of self-defeating scripts is to undergo intensive coaching sessions from someone who has mastered the process. Simply reading books or listening to tapes may not work.
In my coaching practice I employ several powerful tools to accomplish this task easily and permanently. The first tool I use is kinesiologic testing. This is a powerful technique to identify maladaptive scripts. It works equally well to show you what replacement scripts have the power to change your life for the better. More about this later.
The next powerful tool is a mental reprogramming system called “triggers”. This process is a bit like brain surgery except that you are completely in control, there is neither pain nor actual surgery at all.
Nevertheless, a trained hypnotherapist, your manifestation coach, “operates” on your Mental Operating System by locating faulty scripts that account for failure. Then, the coach builds a powerful trigger while you are in a deep state of relaxation (hypnosis).
The trigger is designed to override the faulty script on cue by replacing it with a more powerful and highly effective positive script. Under hypnosis you are taught to be aware whenever the faulty script starts to play. For example, people often run parental tapes through their mind all during the day. Examples are: “that was stupid!”, “I’m always late, I’m nothing but a slob”, you’re not good enough for her…she’s way out of my league”.
Examples of action oriented scripts include but aren’t limited to: Reacting with a hair trigger temper to the actions or words of others. You have an overly developed defense mechanism script that fires almost without provocation! Procrastination. The more pressure to complete the task the slower you go.
Tardiness. Something inside you always finds some last minute thing that must be done before you leave for an appointment. You are always late but with an excuse.Muddled thinking, lack of decision making ability. You may have met people who make choosing a brand of beer an intensive, agonizing process…every single time they order.
Selecting partners who are subtly abusive and demeaning to you. You ditch one after the abuse gets worse only to find your next partner is even more abusive.
Success sabotage. You’ve worked hard and seen some progress. Now you decide to take on a business partner without checking him out. He steals your money or runs your business into the ground. You blame him…wrong! Blame your bad script (yourself).
Self-destructive reactions to stress. Stress affects everyone. It is how you deal with it that determines whether it can empower you or cause you to self-destruct. Which of these methods of stress relief test as anabolic meaning to build-up or enhance your strength?
Taking your dog for a walk. Anabolic Having just three drinks after work with friends. Catabolic Jogging. Anabolic Listening to gangster rap music at full volume. Catabolic Meditating. Anabolic Watching the news, then your favorite television show. Catabolic Playing outside with your kids (or someone else’s kids). Anabolic
Once these triggers are implanted during hypnosis you will instantly become aware of self-defeating thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. The instant you become aware you fire your trigger, the one that was built for you under hypnosis.
Your new, positive and highly effective replacement script literally overrides the old faulty script. Surprisingly, the process of totally wiping out negative scripts is quite rapid! Clients have experienced remarkable changes in anywhere from a single session to a month.
All it takes is several “firings” of your trigger and your subconscious mind does the rest. It quickly grasps that there is a new script that has overwritten the old faulty one. Pretty soon, the traces of the old script vanish.
It is this process that makes total transformation permanent so that when you manifest something you’ve always dreamed of having in your life it remains part of your life.
Have you heard the stories of entrepreneurs who’ve made and lost fortunes over and over again during their lifetime? Faulty scripts are their problem. Replace them and the good scripts that brought them fortune and success in all its guises will continue to work effectively but the bad scripts that cause them to bet the farm and lose everything will be eliminated. In their place a positive script might be implanted that causes the person to invest and diversify their wealth.

Affirmations – When, how, and how many affirmations?.

In our previous article I outline how to make money with “Money to Be Made Online”, as well as how to overcome negatively charged affirmations that may have and adverse effect on your life. Today I’m going to talk more about affirmations, and we’ll build on the previous topics discussed. Previously we learned how to create positive affirmations. I’d like to summarize everything so we can refresh our memories.Affirmations should be positive, in the present tense, and use everyday language. Always focus on the state desired, and leave out the negative aspects of what you seek to change. Affirmations take some time to be effective, and are used to counter act negative traits you affirm, as well as create positive traits you desire. Affirmations are an innate aspect of humane nature, and have been used since we had language. It’s simply something you say to yourself that confirms your current emotional state.
We can use affirmations to create wealth, be successful, and accomplish any goal. We use affirmations to build our self-esteem, increase positive aspects of our self-image, and become more secure within our self. We use affirmations to help us get rid of anxiety, anger, or depression and to relieve. We can also use them to control our fear, and instill courage. Affirmations are used by therapists, success gurus, and in all areas of self-help, personal growth, and self improvement.
So let us presume you’re ready to start the entire process, you’ve identified the negatively charged affirmations you repeat to yourself daily, you’ve created alternative positively charged affirmations, and you want some information and guidance about HOW to use them. When it comes to the daily repeated negative affirmations there’s a different technique than when you’re trying to instill a trait you do not currently posses. I’d like to go over the exact method that is most accurate, precise, and more importantly, efficient. What we are trying and will accomplish, is to target your sub-conscious mind into creating states you desire by erasing the negative, and or creating positive experiences.
First thing I’d like to clear up, is that there are no “right” ways, and everyone can do this differently. In fact I suggest you dabble and find out what’s the most comfortable manner for you to use your affirmations. As a rule of thumb, write down in two lists the affirmations you’d like to counter, and the affirmations you’d like to use. As a matter of fact, you can use three lists if you would like to be the most efficient. One list contains the negatively charged affirmations you have become aware of, the second list contains the positively charged counter acting affirmations, and the third list contains positive affirmations persisting to the traits you would like to instill in yourself.
Now that you have three lists, I’d like to let you in on a little secret. Your sub-conscious is overloaded or overwhelmed with data everyday. It basically tries figure out what is garbage and what isn’t. Psychologists say you have to repeat an affirmation three times for it to get into your sub-conscious effectively. My point is that you shouldn’t be spitting out affirmations left and right, confusing your sub-conscious. What you want to do is “focus-fire” your affirmations. Prioritize which traits are most detrimental to your life and mental health. Target these four to six traits, and use your positively charged affirmations to remedy them.
After you’ve taken care of your negative traits four to six at a time, move on to positive traits you’d like to instill. The underlying assumption is that your subconscious is overloaded, and by focusing on just a few at a time it’s more effective. Speaking from experience, the first time I researched and bought books about psychology, affirmations, and self help, I thought it was a load of cow crap and I could handle the massive list of affirmations I created. I used self hypnosis, self created audio CDs with relaxing music and my own voice spewing dozens of affirmations, and it had little effect. I quit for a while and then went back to it after my business was in trouble, but this time I followed the rules.
Using four to five at a time I tackled laziness, over eating, and mild forms of depression like anxiety and immobilization. My business succeeded and here I am today trying to spread the wealth. Next time I’ll inform all of you how to create your own hypnosis scripts, using affirmations targeted specifically for you! There are unlimited possiblities with affirmations, and tons of money to be made when you combine them with “Money to Be Made Online!”

More and more people are becoming aware of the benefits of alternative healing and medicine, as such the industry is huge and grows not only in the range of products and services, but also the number of clients and practitioners.
For many, the idea of alternative treatments are still a little “happy clappy” (and to be honest, some of them are for me too!) I have doubts about the authenticity of not only the treatments available, but also some of the practitioners licensed in those areas.
So, when, after a major operation my life took on a new twist, I found myself examining the ideas about “what else is out there.” The fact that we seem so heavily influenced by doctors in white coats who seem to have a god-like influence over our ability to get better or worse, suddenly did not seem quite so appealing.
For me, the answer came in the form of hypnosis. I wanted to learn how to improve myself in many different areas of my life and I wanted it to be easy! I thought about going to see a hypnotherapist, but to be honest the idea terrified me, as at that stage, I didn’t understand how it actually worked or what would happen. I guess you could say that I had heard a lot of the nonsense about what could go wrong and was feeling somewhat confused. So I decided to learn more about it, as much as I possibly could. Very soon this lead to me training in the field and setting up my own practice in which I could help others.
As I said earlier, alternative medicine is a big industry, and hypnotherapy is no exception. There are a lot of us around, offering a varying degree of excellent service. I think that one of the biggest challenges that a hypnotherapist faces in their role is getting to grips with the idea of using their boundless imagination- some of us are just more in tune with it than others. Some have linguistic challenges, and sometime your mind just goes blank!
