thinking of being hypnotised to stop smoking, have only heard negative reports and would like to hear from anyone that has found it helpful before I waste lots of money

My son had such a success story that I could not believe it. He had it done about 8 years ago and apart from a ‘refresher’ about a year from when it was done, he has had no problem and has not smoked or wanted a cigarette since. I was, and continue to be, fully amazed……………..

I never smoked, but it worked for my brother-in-law. One visit, no more cigarettes.

You have to believe. Hypnosis won’t automatically make you lose weight. The best weight loss is by moving more and eating less. (Exersise and eat healthy.)

How’d you do it? I’ve used the patch, the gum, the pills, been hypnotized twice…been to the hospital clinic programs…nothing has worked. ‘Cold turkey’ didn’t work either, I became unfit for human contact. It costs a fortune these days. What have you found works?
